Technical Skill Training as Catalyst for Innovation

- 02:00 PM
Atlanta, GA

What do we mean, when we talk about education? How can education contribute to creativity and innovation today? These are the questions that education policy in Germany and in the United States is concerned with. Vocational education and training in Germany has been a successful model for decades. The economy and the public education system work hand in hand. Companies invest in in-company training. Vocational schools supplement training with subject-related and general education. The promotion of talent is a central task in both vocational and academic education.
