Initiatives

The GACC South executes a variety of initiatives and programs to facilitate market entry and business activities for German companies in the U.S. These programs span technological know-how and business activities across industries. They are targeted at industry experts, policy makers, professors, students, and other stakeholders. Funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in Germany, several programs assist in developing new foreign markets for German products and increase the competitiveness of German companies in the U.S. Additional initiatives complement activities for market development, German-American cooperation and trade in general. We also lead initiatives in partnership with the Transatlantic Program of the German Federal Government.
