Leadership Committee

Vincenc Pearson, Esq. (Chapter Director)
Vince Pearson currently serves as the South Carolina Chapter Leadership Committee Director, a position he has held since 2014. He is Corporate Counsel for Draexlmaier Automotive of America in the North American region. Mr. Pearson has been involved in the private & governmental legal sectors throughout the U.S. and Germany over the past 20 years. He has also taught on the collegiate level as a German Instructor at two institutions in the Carolinas. He is a native of Berlin, Germany and has lived in Greenville since 2011.


David W. Lewis
Dave Lewis has served on the South Carolina Leadership Committee since 2007 and was president of the committee through 2013. He is President of Context Design Group, PLLC. With over 30 years of architectural experience, Mr. Lewis has overseen the design and planning of a variety of projects, including the BMW Manufacturing Plant and Zentrum Visitor’s Museum in Greer, SC. He is a native of Lincoln, Nebraska and has lived in Greenville since 1985.

Sam Moses
Sam Moses has served on the South Carolina Leadership Committee since 2008. He is an attorney at the law firm of Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP with a focus on site selection and corporate transactions for businesses entering the U.S. He serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Business Investment & Incentives Group and Chair of its Manufacturing Team. Previously, Mr. Moses worked for the South Carolina Department of Commerce, including as Managing Director at the European Office in Munich. He is a native of the state’s capital city of Columbia, the city where he currently resides.

Steven L. Cooper 
Steve Cooper has served on the North Carolina Leadership Committee since 2012. He is a CPA and Managing Partner of the Carolinas Practice of Rödl & Partner International. Mr. Cooper has over 20 years of experience with auditing and taxation of subsidiaries and expatriates of international companies in the U.S. He is a native of South Carolina and has lived in Lake Wylie since 2012.
