Speakers

Joni D. Goodman, CPLP
As a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Joni strives to make a difference in the lives of others.  She has over 19 years in the Talent Development space.  Joni is an author in: “The Book of Road Tested Training Activities”, “Association for Talent Developments (ATD) Training Toolkit application”, and “101 Ways to Make Training Active”.  She is a captivating speaker and an approachable facilitator. Her experience encompasses, self-awareness training, effective communication skills and executive coaching.  Joni enjoys being active in the National Speaker’s Association and she is the President of the ATD Houston chapter.  She is also a member of the ATD national organization.

Bonnie Moore
Bonnie is passionate about leading and learning. She has experience in leadership development, executive coaching, instructional design and team dynamics.  Her US and global clients appreciate the innovation, growth and excitement she brings to their organizations.   She is a certified master executive coach and certified in fourteen assessments and organizational systems. Bonnie has been president of ATD Houston, ASCD, and other organizations. Memberships include HR Houston, SHRM, ATD Houston and International, ICF, Houston Coaches, Houston Organizational Development Network and others. She is currently serving as the chair of the ATD International Leadership Conference and as a National Advisor of Chapters.
