On behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi), the GACC South is organizing a virtual Motion Speaker Series as part of the Transatlantic Program on the topic of pandemic-resilient infrastructure and efficient crisis management. The Motion Speaker Series is designed for knowledgeable stakeholders and others from urban and transportation planning, local government, public health, virology, academia and other sectors of society from both sides of the Atlantic. During the virtual trip, German expert speakers from the focus area of Munich and Bavaria are offered the opportunity to travel virtually to Texas to experience projects and initiatives first-hand and to allow for “face-to-face” interaction and dialogue with local experts and stakeholders.
