  • Nicholas G. Lawless Headshot for Ibexa2.png

    Nicholas G. Lawless

Nicholas Lawless is a security strategist and leadership provocateur who brings an unapologetically raw perspective to elite operations and executive performance. With over 20 years spanning federal service at the White House and Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Army deployment, Union Carpentry, and now as founder of two security firms, CPS1 and Phobos Security, Nick operates at the intersection of tactical precision and psychological mastery. He's investigated everything from the January 6th Capitol riot to the Trump assassination attempt, rewrote White House Complex emergency protocols, and now brings that same uncompromising standard to private sector clients. But Nick's story comes from surviving childhood abuse, a career-ending back injury in the Army, financial collapse, and an ugly divorce, all while maintaining operational excellence in some of the nation's most pressure-tested environments. He's the author of the forthcoming book Lawless Leadership: Hardwired for Hardship and is currently advising a UK-EU Defense Innovation Accelerator to modernize European security strategies.
