Join the virtual German & American/Canadian Innovation Forum to learn more about the Petrochemical and Green Chemical Industry in Germany. This virtual event offers interested participants insights into the German market and gives further information on an upcoming delegation trip to Germany planned for April 2022 for representatives from the United States and Canada. The virtual innovation forum addresses American and Canadian engineers, buyers, production managers and representatives from regulatory bodies in the (petro)chemical and biomass industry who are interested in participating in this delegation trip. 

In addition to important information about the 2022 delegation trip to Germany, the event will include presentations from German experts and innovation leaders from the German process technology industry in the field of "green" chemical industry. In a subsequent Q&A and networking session, there will be the opportunity for further acquaintance and exchange between the German technology providers and the US and Canadian participants. The event is presented by the German American Chamber of Commerce of the Southern U.S. (GACC South) and the Canadian German Chamber of Industry and Commerce Inc. (CGCIC) in cooperation with the leading German Mechanical Engineering Industry Association (VDMA) - the largest network organization in the European mechanical industry.

More about the delegation trip:
As a part of a delegation trip US and Canadian engineers, buyers, production managers and representatives from regulatory bodies from the (petro)chemical and biomass industries will have the opportunity to learn more about the use of renewable raw materials in the petrochemical industry and to get to know innovative technology solutions of German process technology for the production of "green" chemicals. The delegation will visit leading research institutions, reference projects for “green chemistry” and companies and aims to establish strategic business partnerships between German and U.S. and Canadian companies’ industry representatives. Furthermore, the US and Canadian participants will have the opportunity to visit the world's leading trade fair for process technology "ACHEMA" in Frankfurt/Main, which takes place every 3 years, for two days.
